Hi Mario and All, Oh is this annoying! My battery level is down to 25 percent now, and I don't have a USB-C cable yet, so chances I can't do anything with it now, my battery case level is also down to 24 percent. Although, when I put my glasses back in the case, the battery level was 41 percent, and now even though I haven't removed the glasses the glasses are still losing battery level, so, my battery level went from 41 percent down to 25 percent. I am going to try to buy an USB-C cable for the case today at Amazon. I think I heard before the case only charges 8 times, and after that it doesn't charge because its lost the charging capability. I also started getting a message from Meta when I asked it how to make a call, it kept telling me to unlock my contacts, So, I unlocked my contacts, but still I couldn't get the glasses to make a call except when I asked her to call Be My Eyes, that she did. I then asked her to tell me what is around me, and at first it was right as I was sitting in my front room, but when I asked the next day what was around me, the glasses said I was in a dark room with no furniture, and that wasn't right. I then got a message from the glasses telling me I need to unlock the LED on the front of the glasses if I wanted to take a picture. It seems the more the battery loses power the less the glasses gives information. The glasses started getting a little flaky when the battery level went to 41 percent. So Mario, how did you sync your contacts? I can't seem to find that any where on my phone or in the Meta View App? I am also thinking about maybe uninstalling the app or it also has a setting to reset back to factory settings, I'm not sure I would want to do that though, but maybe uninstall the app and see if that will work. I will need to wait until I get an USB-C cable though.

I encountered the same issue. I contacted Meta technical support, and they advised me to delete the app from my phone, perform a clean install, and try again. I followed their instructions three times, but it still didn't work. Eventually, I asked my son to help. He installed the Meta View app on his phone, and it worked on the first try. Then, he deleted the app from my phone, reinstalled it, and finally, it worked. It took four attempts, but I was finally able to sync my phone contacts with the Meta glasses. Although the process was frustrating and the app should be more stable, everything is working fine now. So I again ask Meta how can I get my glasses to place a call, she now tells me to enter my provider's name in the meta App. So what is the trick to get Meta to place a call for me?
