Hello Janet and all, For those of you that have the focus fifth generation Braille Display you should be able to charge the meta Smart glasses with the cable that you use for charging the fifth generation Braille Display I’m not for sure on this on the older phones, but I know for sure on the 15 15 pro and more than likely the 16. However, I will not be getting a new phone for a while unless it’s absolutely necessary. I got my 15 last year. I had my eight for I would say six years cause I got it in 2018. So Mario, how did you sync your contacts? I can’t seem to find that any where on my phone or in the Meta View App? I contacted Meta technical support, and they advised me to delete the app from my phone, perform a clean install, and try again. I followed their instructions three times, but it still didn’t work.   Eventually, I asked my son to help. He installed the Meta View app on his phone, and it worked on the first try. Then, he deleted the app from my phone, reinstalled it, and finally, it worked.
