Hmm, perhaps I created a folder and labeled it “Miscellaneous.” Actually, it is, “Miscellaneous Apps.” “Utilities sounds familiar, but it is no longer on my home screen; maybe I renamed it to, “Miscellaneous Apps.” I found “utilities” in the Library, but it was filled with things that were obviously automatically categorized, so I doubt it was an original folder on the home screen. Unsure if “Miscellaneous Apps,” was my creation, but I chose to use the folder to store the apps that cannot be removed, and/or I rarely, if ever, open/need. How ever, I did look back into the App Library, to see if that Miscellaneous folder was there, I didn’t see that, but I did see the utility folder, so just out of curiosity I opened that folder, and the first thing I seen was the news app. I double tapped on that, and sure enough, there was my News Plus along with all my options! Smile! So now, I created a folder on my home screen and I now have the news app in that folder! Problem solved! You saved the day! Thank you again. That is where “News” is on my home screen. I’ve done a lot of rearranging of my home screen, but am pretty sure “News” was inside of the “Miscellaneous” folder as a default. It has been a very long time since I started using the app, so am strictly guessing that you will be prompted to choose settings/preferences when the app is opened. Along the bottom of the screen in this app are 5 Tabs. News+ is the second tab. I have no experience with that feature. The last Tab is “Following,” which is of most interest to me. I have chosen to follow numerous outlets, and receive numerous alerts through the day; all for free. The “Audio” Tab perks my interest, but I’ve never done anything about it.
