You know the sales lady atVerizon showed me something. I was having a hard time knowing when Silent Mode was on or off, because whatever it says, it says Silent Mode is on, whether it is on or not. She showed me to pay attention to the haptics, because there is stronger vibration, when it is turned on than when turned off. I thought that was pretty incredible for a sighted lady not knowing any blind people. She said that she had learned a lot from me.
