I Touch, you get to Call audio routing, then you get to Double or Triple tap on the back of your iPhone to perform actions quickly, and there are no more selections in Touch.

If you want to set the back tap functions to perform an action independently of VoiceOver such as running a shortcut do the following: Go into Settings, Accessibility, then Touch. In here there is a Back Tap option. Double tap here and you will be presented with double and triple tap options and their available actions, one of which is to run a shortcut. These settings once setup will be performed whether VoiceOver is running or not and so are independent of it and different from the actions available through VoiceOver. Hope that makes sense. I want to use my action button for a different need. I have searched everywhere I can think of and have dug through all the shortcuts and actions but cannot find a way to do this. If anyone else can figure this out I sure would appreciate hearing about it.
