Hello All when I am doing something on my phone for some reason I do not hear the notification sound if someone sends a text message. I noticed that I have a message because if I check messages the phone tells me how many unread messages or new messages I have. I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue and if so do you know what’s going on? It only happens if I am doing another task on the phone at the time that the test message comes in. Thank you
