I have not had that problem with my 16 pro. But, I will pay attention when I ask Siri to do things using the side button in case I am just ignoring it and trying again, or something.
But nothing jumps to mind where I couldn’t get what I wanted, other than when it might misunderstand me and try calling someone else….
