Yes, usually rebooting does fix it, sometimes for a very short time and sometimes for longer. Also, sometimes if I just leave it alone it does seem to work again later. The point is it is super annoying and I would say currently Siri is about as bad as it has been for a very long time except of course it is supposed the best it has ever been. Apple is really dropping the ball with this Apple Intelligence stuff and it is disappointing. I am definitely sorry I bought a new iPhone 16 Pro for myself and a 16 for my wife; we should have kept our iPhone 13 Pro and just had new batteries put in.
