Where can I find the VIP group to add people?

You can set up an individual ring tone as well as text notification tone for a contact, but I don’t think you can assign email notification tones on a per contact level. One thing you could do is add those people where you want to hear a different email tone as a VIP contact and I know you can assign a specific tone for people in the VIP group. At the end of the notifications under Mail, there is a Customize Notifications button. Under here, you can tell the phone to notify you with a different sound for each account.
