I assume if you had a larger phone like a Pro Max, Add to VIP might be already visible at the bottom of the screen. You can create a ringtone for that individual contact, and a text tone. Which I think then is applied when you receive an email from them, but I'm not 100% sure as I have not added anyone for several iOS versions. You can set up an individual ring tone as well as text notification tone for a contact, but I don’t think you can assign email notification tones on a per contact level.
