Hi Carla, if it turns out you have automatic updates turned on on your phone. 
It will go ahead and update your operating system. If it has enough charge on 
it it is connected to Wi-Fi. I normally do the updates manually. In order to do 
the updates, you have to give the phone your passcode. And they get started 
thing is what happens at the end of the update and you do have to press to get 
started in order to continue working with your phone. If you have any more
