On my iPhone 17, why is it that sometimes when I slide down to the first blip from the top, it goes to the app switcher and other times it goes to the control center? I'm still new at this so I understand if its user error but just want to know if there is an answer to this? Also, when I try to send a text message through Siri, she cuts me off if I end a sentence but am not through with the message. Then, she doesn't read me back the message. Long time ago I remember setting something up so that I can swipe with 2 fingers left and right to go through my rotor options and this is still what I do sometimes but I'm wondering if I can set something up like this but to go to the app switcher or home? I don't remember how this is done. Can someone please answer some of these things please? I'd really appreciate it for me but especially for my husband who is also new to not having a home button!
