My S E 2020 is showing its age. I am not ready to pitch it just yet but
may have to do so because of circumstances which I will outline below
and hope that some of you techies have some productive ideas for solving
the problems I will attempt to describe.
First of all, I am able both to send and receive phone calls and text
messages on this S E 2020 which is running IOS 18.7.1. However, although
I can load the messages app, I am not able to load much else including
but not limited to Be my eyes, Meta, or the app store. The only settings
I checked would be the software so I could give the correct IOS version
number
Well, there you have it. Other than calling Apple tomorrow, I don't know
what else to do to determine the basis of the problem. If I find it
necessary to buy a different phone, I will probably go for something
like a 16 E as I have not heard anything negative about that phone. If I
get a different phone, it will likely be from Apple. However, I would
appreciate knowing the names of reputable sellers of good condition used
iPhones.
