Not something I have heard about from anybody and certainly I cannot confirm this. I suggest you ask the person to make sure their screen is clean, sometimes a dirty screen can cause strange things to happen. Also, are they using a screen protector and is it still perfectly in place or could maybe some dirt have worked its way underneath or that its not on good any more, bubbles?
