Maybe I don't understand the question, but from the reviews I've read on
line, iTunes 11 has quite a few new features in it over iTunes 10, plus
it's supposed to be faster and allow for more integration into the
stores and cloud in the future. Here's one main stream review which
talks about the up next feature which you can use to create play lists
on the fly, the ability to scan gift cards, the integration with the
iTunes store, added functionality in the mini player and so on.

It's also suppose to be a rewrite of of some of the underlying code,
making it easier for Apple to maintain in the future. Hopefully this
will mean a shorter time for new features to be implemented and bugs to
be fixed.
