Maybe I don't understand the question, but from the reviews I've read on line, iTunes 11 has quite a few new features in it over iTunes 10, plus it's supposed to be faster and allow for more integration into the stores and cloud in the future. It's also suppose to be a rewrite of of some of the underlying code, making it easier for Apple to maintain in the future.
