There was in 26 to the left of "add". I have tried and I can't find it it in
27. I will keep looking.

when you touch the message, flick down and one option should be tap-back.
If not, there will be a more option, double tap and that will show others.

Go into setting, apps, messages. It will say "show record audio by default.
Tap the "show dictation" and it will revert to dictation.
Also I cannot figure how to get the "tap back" menu to show up. It was
previously to the left of the "add" button and one downward flick to reach "tap
back".

In Speech settings, when you touch Alex to get focus on it, flick up or
down to delete and double tap.
