Are you talking about tapping back to someone's message? Or are you talking about doing something with a message you are writing? There is only something to the left of the edit box when you are writing, which is now the Add button,. If you are wanting to tapback to someone, you just flick up or down until you get to tapback and double tap. Filicking down gets to tapback faster. Once on tapback, double tap, and you have things like heart, thumfbs up, etc., and if you keep flicking right, you will eventually get to add custom tapback. This is a bit differeat than previous iOS I think. If an audio demo would help, let me know. If not, there will be a more option, double tap and that will show others.
