Malcolm,

That's your answer then. Music took the album, Classical can't see it. So
your library is fine and your subscription is fine. Classical isn't reading
what's already there.

One check before you spend time on it. Was the album you added a classical
recording? Classical only lists the classical part of your library, so an
ordinary pop album would be missing from it for a perfectly normal reason
and the test wouldn't tell you anything. If it was classical, the finding
stands.

Here's the lead I'd chase first. Classical keeps no library of its own. It
reads the library that syncs up to your Apple account. The Music app is
different, it will also hold a copy on the phone itself. So if the setting
that syncs your music library to your account happens to be switched off,
Music will add an album for you quite happily and keep it local, and
Classical will show you nothing at all. That one setting produces exactly
what you're describing. I won't guess where it sits on your version of iOS.
Somebody here will give you that in one line.

If it's already on, then it's Classical's own access and it's a support
call. Three sentences gets you past the first level. Classical plays
nothing and adds nothing. Search and browse work. The Music app adds the
same album with no trouble.

That last sentence is the one that matters. It proves your account works,
and it stops them walking you through a reinstall you've already done.

VaShaun
