I suggest you listen to Jonathan's FS Cast on using iTunes 11 with Jaws 14, it is exactly the setup you have hence it will give you a perfect overview. I had mentioned the FS Cast last week and somebody else sent a message just last night also pointing this out. Currently the first of 2 Podcasts is available at www.FreedomScientific.com/fscast and the second part will be available as the January FS Cast in 3 or 4 weeks. Until then I would just stick with iTunes 10 and once you have heard both Podcasts you can decide if iTunes 11 will be for you.
