I don't know if there's a reason to update today, and I don't think there are any accessibility reasons to upgrade, but according to the main stream reviews, it's faster, has more integration with the cloud and the store and so on. I also assume support for iTunes 10 has been discontinued, and iTunes 11 will be required for new devices. Therefore, you're probably going to want to upgrade to iTunes 11 at some point.
