Wow. I'm getting nowhere fast with voice dream reader. If I have vo on, I can move around and activate buttons, go in to voice manager, buy more voices etc. If I flick to pride and prejudice, vo starts reading but I can't see any text. If I shut off vo, then nothing talks at all. It did download the Heather voice successfully, and that voice shows in my manage voices setting. I don't see the play pause etc controls, and, like Richard, I don't see the text even when vo is reading, so am not sure how this is going to work out. It looks like you have to put stuff in to this app from something like drop box if you want to read books, so not sure how the bookshare access, which costs an additional dollar to activate, will work either. I bet it just reads the public domain books, although they do reference bookshare organizational accounts in their what's new section. All in all, just color me confused. <smile<>
