Netflix has also gotten better in the past couple of months as far as how
well it works with voiceover on the iPhone; though I've got friends in
Canada who grumble about what is available for streaming via Netflix.
Apparently, there's a great deal more content in the US.

I recommend looking at what content Hulu has available for streaming, and
then determine whether or not (for you,) the subscription is worth it. It's
not expensive, but a lot of the channels you've mentioned here (at least
from what I've noticed,) don't have programs available. You've gotta look at
what programs interest you really.

Thanks to all. Did not understand about the streaming so the question about
memory. No Apple TV. Just looking for alternative to cable. Mostly listen
to msnbc, CNN, and discovery channels as fit/health and investigation and
history. Suggestions welcome for iPhone or computer. Thanks again. Happy
new year to all. Changes for me, not for better, so just checking into
options. Will continue to have wifi, however.
