Netflix has also gotten better in the past couple of months as far as how well it works with voiceover on the iPhone; though I've got friends in Canada who grumble about what is available for streaming via Netflix. Apparently, there's a great deal more content in the US.
I recommend looking at what content Hulu has available for streaming, and then determine whether or not (for you,) the subscription is worth it. It's not expensive, but a lot of the channels you've mentioned here (at least from what I've noticed,) don't have programs available. You've gotta look at what programs interest you really.
