I mean no offense, but 90% of all that confusion comes from discussing an
app which is still over 3 weeks away from being release. Yes, there is a
User Guide and a demo apparently from one of the Beta Testers, but why don't
we all just cool it and wait until Braille Touch is in the app store, then
everybody can play around with it ask questions. Given the amount of traffic
this has generated one just about has to start another list for it
especially with all the messages from people who don't bother reading
anything from the thread, there must have been 10 messages alone from people
asking why they can't find it in the app store.

Sieghard

Subject: Re: brailletouch podcast backwards: Rob's website quote

Rob:
Where on the web page did you get your quote? This is just plain weird and
extremely confusing. Here I am copying and pasting from the website from the
link that says "user guide" but I put quotes around it. i copied and pasted
this quote less than five minutes ago.

"Now pick up your phone and turn it in landscape orientation, with the long
side going from left to right. Flip the phone around so the screen is facing
away from you, with the Home button on your right."

Now here is what you apparently took from the website:

> "Now pick up your phone and turn it in landscape orientation, with the
long
> side going from left to right. Flip the phone around so the screen is
facing
> away from you, with the Home button on your left."

Anybody can see, hear or read with their fingers that these two quotes, both
purportedly taken from the website's user guide, are exactly opposite in
their placement of the home button! What is going on here? Even though I am
looking forward to the introduction of this app and plan to try and probably
buy it, i am becoming rather unimpressed with the confusion around this
topic. Then throw in Caleb's comment that it only matters which way the home
button is if you have your phone locked in portrait mode and you add another
layer of confusion.
