What is your SMTP server? Some email providers, Road Runner for example,
will only allow email to go through their SMTP server if it originates
on their own network. When I was using Road Runner as my email provider,
I could only send email (through their SMTP server) if I was on Road
Runner broad band or dial up. ISP's do this to keep people from using
their SMTP servers to send out spam and denial of service attacks.
