Because the addresses are blocked, that doesn't seem to work with this list.

Most of us don't usually put our email addresses at the end of our posts,
but maybe we should.

Is there an efficient way to get a senders email address to reply directly
to them?

Currently, the several step process I follow is below. Admittedly, it's not
excessive, but if there was a key combination, such as Ctrl-Shift-R (just
guessing) it might be quicker, easier, and more likely to be used.

Now, the steps I follow when on my PC are:

1. Shift-tab back from the message to the From field.
2. Highlight the text with a Control-UpArrow (JAWS) 3. Copy the From text
to the Clipboard 4. Initiate a Reply message.
5. Paste the copied address text in the Reply message area.
6 Edit the pasted text from the From line in the original message, to get
only the person's email address.
7. Highlight and cut edited email address.
8. Shift-tab back to the SendTo field
9. Paste senders email address
10. Tab to the message area to write my Reply 11. Send message to original
Sender.

Hello all. It's about that time again to remind people that thank you
messages sent to the list are considered off topic. This is because if you
want to show your gratitude to the person who gave you the answer to life,
the universe, and everything, it's best sent to that person directly rather
than to the entire list. If there are 1400 members on list, and you are one
of them, that leaves 1399 members. If you are sending a thank you message
for 1 or 2 people, then over 1300 members are getting blasted with this kind
of message and it just adds to the already high traffic on list. Yes, I
agree that saying thank you is a form of politeness, and considering some of
the messages of late on whether to tip or not, it's painfully obvious that
some list members still act like children, but still, please send your thank
you, I agree messages, or similarly worded ones, directly to the sender when
warranted.

Thank you!
