Also, if the text is skewed from square on, if the phone is tilted in any 
direction, and if the phone is being jiggled, even just a little bit while the 
picture is being taken, you will get less to un recognisable text.

What takes lots of practice is learning how to consistently take a perfect 
image. And, the more frustrated you get, the worse the image becomes.
