Well, after some thought, I can't think of anything. Size can matter and speaker size and quality can matter, can listen to podcasts better in that respect, but it is the same os, so it does all the same except make real phone calls or natively make or send sms messages. You can pair any size keyboard to the phone for quicker typing maybe, and the screen layout is simpler, though some like the more sophisticated gui layout on the iPads.
