The phone is a pocket sized out and about thing where retaining battery life is a consideration. The Mini is an armchair thing for home, but not at the desk; and you're within readch of power when you need to, though it is a very good battery life. On a desk and in landsccape mode, you can type on it almost normally. But with a bt keyboard, you can do that to the phone. But it's the home and away bit mainly.
That, and just like these things.
