Your results may have had nothing to do with whether local services was turned on or not. the more accurate results on the second try might have been from a live person or simply a better scan. With location services off I've scanned the very same object from the very same position and received some variation on accuracy of description. I will add that digit-eyes has not worked a single time I've used it since downloading a couple of days ago. After doing everything I could think of to achieve an accurate scan, I finally gave up, I switched to TapTapSee, and within 5 seconds TapTapSee described the very same objects Digit-Eyes failed to describe. I'm going to read a bit more Digit-Eyes and experiment a bit, but I think I'm ultimately going to request a refund--I'd just hate to waste so much of my time trying to make it work.

Subject: TapTapSee: LocationServices On or Off?

I decided to experiment with TapTapSee location services if they are really necessary. I took a T-shirt that had something written on it. At first, I used the a without location services on. It only told me that it was red and blue. Wen I turned on location services on, it told me what was on the shirt. It said, "Mind, the Gap." With location services on, I got more accurate results. ,i decided to keep location services turned on. I hope this helps others decide what option they will choose.
