trying a conpletely different way of holding the phone.'The phone is face up in landscape and I am holding the phone again with thumbs on edge closest to you and little fingers on the away side. Lots of mistakes this way, but perhaps this will help someone. Trying to help. Wouldn't be the way I would hold, but maybe it can hhelp someone.
