Just thought I'd post an update...

I've run a Google search and discovered that placing website icons is doable, but I can't seem to complete this process as VoiceOver isn't presenting me with the information conveyed in the tutorial I found. I'm told that I want to create what is called a "webclip." Here's where I found the how-to:

Webclips
Is there a website that you visit many times a day? You can get to it quicker using a webclip, a shortcut that looks like an app, is stored on your home screen, and takes you to your favorite website with just one tap.

To create a webclip, go to the site you want and tap the box-and-arrow icon used to create bookmarks. In the menu that pops up, tap the Add to Home Screen option. Edit the name of the webclip and tap Add. You'll then be taken to your home screen and shown the webclip. Tap it to go to that site. Arrange and delete it in the same way that you'd delete an app.

I'd really appreciate some help in completing this process as I'm hoping to complete the ultimate goal of placing these webclips in a folder on my Homepage.

Subject: Internet favorites on HOmePage

Hi all,

There's a question that has been bouncing around in my head for some
time, so I thought I should stop wondering and simply ask the list.
(Smile).

Is there a way of creating a "favorites" folder on my HomePage and
placing internet bookmarks in this folder? I would like to quickly
turn on my iPod Touch 5th gen or similar device, open this Favorites
folder and launch any of my top 20 most visited webpages. This sounds
very dooable, but before I take the time to research how one would
create such a structure, I'd like to know from the experienced users
if this is even possible. (Smile). Any and all help will be greatly
appreciated.
