Visit each website that you favorite. On each page, go into utilities, and add
to home screen. This will put an icon leading directly to the page on the home
screen of your device.

When you have gathered all of the icons for the webpages that you want to
favorite, Double tap and hold on one of the icons, and move it on top of
another one of the icons. This will create a folder, which you can rename
favorites. Close the folder, double tap and move each of the additional icons
into the folder. When you're done, move the folder onto the first page of your
home screen.

Now, when you unlock or turn on your iPod, the favorites folder Will be
available right there on the front of your iPod.

I certainly hope this is what you were looking for, as it seems to be the
easiest way to access the pages of your favorite websites.
