How far away from the object is your phone? When the phone is relatively close, 
the shadow cast by the phone changes the lighting. You want to be at least a 
foot away.

If you have no vision, it is a good idea to work with a sighted person to learn 
optimal distances for acquiring proper colours in various situations.
