To the original poster, I think it was during Jaws 12 that the iTunes store
was changed, making it
completely useless with jaws. FS issued an update to fix it. Always
remember that you can download the demo of the current jaws release, and use
it in the 40-minute mode to do what you need to do. It works well. I have
never tried to change my account on my phone, but I imagine you could do it
that way, too.

Go to Settings/iTunes and App Store. The top item is a button called Apple
ID that shows your email address. Double-tap it, sign in, and I'm pretty
sure you'll be able to look at your account info and change your credit
card.
