Thank you, that has done the trick, though admittedly it took me over half an hour, darn I'm slow. When I looked at apple id it said sign out, I didn't know I was signed in? When I go to the apps store it always asks for my password and if I remember right that's only good for about 15 minutes, so, should I sign out every time I'm finished downloading. I usually look at the apps gone free every day and grab something or other just to try, do I need to sign out when I'm done? Hi Tessa, Go to Settings/iTunes and App Store. The top item is a button called Apple ID that shows your email address. Double-tap it, sign in, and I'm pretty sure you'll be able to look at your account info and change your credit card.
