Hi Raul, the Japan map enhancements aren't in this build. A build was sent to developers last week with map enhancements, but it is being renamed. 6.11 was rushed out for the 4S only, because of problems with 3G services which caused some European carriers to issue warnings to customers, and suggesting they don't update to 6.1.
