Oh, and here I thought the airlines was offering that as a complimentary service to be nice to their passengers. I guess I should have known better since in the States especially you don't even get a single checked piece of luggage for free any more. I doubt I would pay money for this since it's not as if it was an essential service and if my flight is late there is usually enough time just before it takes off to make a quick call or send an SMS or email to soemebody on the other end telling them to check the arrival time before they go to the airport. What a rip-off.
