I connect my Bluetooth Braille display to my iPhone and use it the same way whilst walking, or i tuck my iPhone under my shirt collar so the speaker is near my ear. I also use a guide dog, and can easily hear the speech even in high traffic. There are also Bluetooth speakerphones which can be purchased and carried in a similar fashion.
