Hello,

No this will not work hooked up to the antenna.  The way you set it up
is to hook your @TV up to your cable or satalite box.  Then you put
the IR blaster so it can send commands to the cable or satalite box
directly (I.E. point the IR blaster at the recieving sensor on the
cable or satalite box that recieves signals from the remote control.

You only have the same options as you have always had on your system.
This only allows you to play the feed from your TV to your IPhone,
IPad, IPod, or Mac.  and to remote control the TV from those units.
Your menus and such do not change.

Think of it as a unit that streams what ever is on the TV to your
devices.  With the added functionality of allowing you to control your
cable or satalite box from those devices.
