FYI, Dish isn't complying with the FCC rulings regarding the passing through of the descriptive audio. I've spoken to them several times including people in upper management with no success. I filed a formal FCC complaint back in September and so far it has done no good at all. Another Federal regulation with no teeth it seems. The only network via Dish that I get consistant audio described programming is CBS and you have to set your Dish box to Spanish in order to get it. Alternate does not work in this case.
The funny thing is every time I call to complain about the lack of audio description, the lower level support people have either never heard of it, or say nobody has ever complained about that before.
