Hello Debbie: Vizwiz is working here. Remember to take the picture, make the recording, stop the recording, press send and wait for a few seconds. sometimes, depending upon the picture, it might take a few minutes to receive a response. It took about 7 minutes for me to receive a response to a picture of a can I took on Saturday.
I also have IQ engines checked. Please let us know if that information proves useful to you. Take good care and I wish you enough.
