Hi Marco, No, you don't get paid and the only reward is that you get to play with an app before it is publically available. People who enjoy testing technology products whether it's a hardwear device or a piece of software do get some satisfaction from that and, of course, they also have the reward of being part of making an app better for the rest of us, discover bugs and suggest new features which may end up in the final app.
