If you're a Jaws user, then a left mouse click should do the trick to activate the various combo boxes and other items in Firefox, but if you're in IE, then you have to fiddle around with the jaws cursor. A bit more involved, but it can still be done.

There are different categories and one of them is calls. You can turn it on or off from there.
