Hi Tom, Try using F6 to navigate quickly between the source list and other parts of the program (which is as annoying as you say). You should be able to hit D for device in the Source List and then expand that with the right arro which will bring up the name of the device. >From there you can use the context key to Sync, Transfer Purchases from the device to your PC, Backup, Restore etc.

On my girlfriend's machine running Windows 7, however, even though her iPhone 4 is connected and it syncs, the phone is not visible in the sources tree view.
