Hi Sieghard, I have a similar problem to Ming, but am using an IPod Touch 4. Notifications are set to alerts. If I am using another app when a call comes in on skype, I receive the alert message, but I have not been able to locate an answer button. so have had to go into the skype app and use the answer button there. By which time, very often, the call is lost.

You might also want to go into the Skype settings on the computer and increase the time for when voice mail picks up so you have a bit more time to figure it out on the iPhone.
