Hi Irene, Yes, that is how it appears incoming calls have to be answered now. I am not sure why there is no direct answer button any more, but since I somehow can't see why Skype would make it more difficult, I wonder if Apple has imposed some new restriction which prevents a Voip app like Skype to offer a direct answer button. Anyhow, the only work-around I can think of is to increase the time until a call goes to voice mail which you can do in the Skype Settings on the computer.
