Hi Fanus and Ron, I think you should either inquire from the Standscan people or simply wait until you get it, but if they are selling this thing worldwide I somehow can't see that they don't at least make sure the adapter can handle both 110/120 and 220/240 Volts. As for your experience, Ron, I am not sure how long ago this was and how old your devices are, but I have never had a shaver in the last 10 years where I couldn't use the charger anywhere in the world (with the appropriate adapter, of course), but no converter was necessary. The same goes for the USB wall charger of the iPhone and pretty much all laptop chargers, they nowadays all can handle both 110 at 60 Hertz and 220 at 50 Hertz.

It is completely incomprehensible to me why there isn't more standardization. I guess it wouldn't be an easy thing to change something like that, but I'm sure it could be done over time.
