Hi Annie, It does specifically mention "Compatible with iPhone 5" on their website.
Anyhow, this will work with any iPhone or mobile phone with a rear facing camera since all it really is is a fold-out open box where you lay your phone on the top so the camera lens is pointing straight down through a hole. The hole is situated so that anything you put underneath is perfectly lined up. I don't have my Standscan yet, but I believe Sandy mentioned that she had her husband glue something on the box which gave her an edge to put the phone up against just so she wouldn't have to make sure the lens was really pointing through the hole every time.
