Hi Deneese. It will work best with the iPhone 5, but also works with the 4 and 4S. I remember reading somewhere that OCR results were not so good with the 4, but read elsewhere that there was some success with the 4s and 5. But that has nothing to do with the product itself, rather, the camera in the phone.
