Hi Ramy, check the switch on the left side of the phone above the volume controls. This mutes the ring and all other sounds, even the clicks in voiceover when navigating. I could not figure this one out for a while either because the user guide said I had to press on the top or bottom of the button. Not quite true. If the phone is lying face up, the button actually moves from face to back, in other words, when lying on its back you push the switch up toward the face of the phone to unmute the sounds and down to mute them.
